  It was a birthday night for my friend and a few of us decided to try out the restaurant for the first time. I honestly am hating to write this review because your food was phenomenal, but the service was lacking and we had an unpleasant experience towards the end of our meal with our waitress. We didn't even want to ask about the desert because of how bad the service was and how long it took for her to get back to us. Me and one of the guys in our group have waited tables for 10+ years and we were absolutely astounded on what we experienced. See below for details
  
  5:45pm - We got seated from this time by our hostess
  6:00pm - Our waitress finally came to the table to take our drink order.
  6:15pm - We received our drinks, our server neglected to bring the complimentary bread, and our order was taken.
  6:30-6:40pm - We received our meals (by a different server) and when our waitress came back to help out we requested for refills on our drinks.
  6:45pm - The waitress only refilled one of our drinks and quickly took off to serve the table behind us.
  6:55-7:00pm - Our meals had been finished 5 to 10 min before this time and had finally asked if we wanted boxes, but offered no desert and did not offer check.
  7:15pm - went to manager and explained our bad service and promptly discounted our meals.
  7:17pm - waitress quickly passed by us and said that the manager would be handling our tickets in a disrespectful tone
  7:20pm - gave our credit cards to the manager to pay our bill.
  7:22pm - waitress impolitely comes to our table and demanded explanation as to why we thought we had bad service in disrespectful tone.
  7:25pm - explained to manager what waitress just did, signed for our bill, and left.
